Overview
SpreadsheetsWiz LLC (“SpreadsheetsWiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of SpreadsheetsWiz.com (the “Website”) to do the same.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, SpreadsheetsWiz LLC may:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the affected content provider or user of the takedown
We reserve the right to terminate access for repeat copyright infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name and email address
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the time period allowed by law.
Repeat Infringers
SpreadsheetsWiz LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
